Refund & Return Policy
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Many of our electronics/digital products are shipped from overseas and we have to pay for them as soon as we order them for you. If your product has not been ordered and you would like to cancel ( normally within 24 hours) then we will cancel and give you a full refund.
Apple products, Chromebooks & Laptop products are shipped from California.
If however, the product has been ordered and shipped and you want to cancel then we would ask you to take delivery of the product and ship it back to us in California and upon receipt of the product in good order we will refund your money. We are not able to refund your money when the product is in transit and we have already paid for it. These orders may be subject to restocking charges.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you do not receive a package or it is damaged please report to us immediately. You have 30 days to file a complaint for a missing or damaged package. After 30 days we cannot take any responsibility for the package. (The USPS allows us 30 days from the date of shipment to file a claim for lost or damaged packages).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
IMPORTANT: All IT Products being returned must be wiped clean of all the user data and be free of any password restrictions. User must provide password upon request to reset the unit. No refunds can be issued until the unit is free from user data and is in a condition for return to manufacturer or for resale.
If an item is being returned at the discretion of the buyer, for which the seller is not at fault, then the buyer will be responsible for shipping the product back to the supplier or pay the relevant shipping and handling charges. These charges will be be deducted from the amount being refunded.
Restocking Fees: Any items being returned to the seller at the discretion of the buyer for which the seller is not at fault, the buyer will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Please note: We guarantee the form fit and function of the computer and mobile products. We will provide support upto the OS level. We do not provide support for any applications. It is buyers responsibility to make sure the desired applications will run on the device being purchased. Application incompatibility cannot be a basis for product return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales#shopatnet.com to get a RMA number and ship your item to: 1565 Creek Street #103 San Marcos CA 92078, USA. Write down the RMA number on the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
